  HILLIARD
  
    Frances J. Hilliard, 70, Confluence, died Oct. 31, 2000 at Meyersdale
  Medical Center.  Born Aug. 2, 1930 in Aiken, S.C., a daughter of the late
  Walter E. and Lilis J (Cobb) Anderson.  Survived by 3 daughters, 4
  grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters and 4 brothers.  No viewing
  of visitation.  Friends are invited to a memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday
  at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence.  Rev. Timothy Rogers
  officiating.  Private interment at the convenience of the family.  Memorial
  contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
