IDA HILLIARD

  Mrs. Ida Hilliard died in the Price Hospital on June 20.  Her husband preceded 
her in death on June 10.  She is survived by two daughters - Mrs. Leatta Murphy 
and Mrs. Gladys Townsend - and six sons - Harry, Vernon, Scott, Henry, Paul and 
Arthur.  The last named flew from Alaska to be at his mother's funeral.
  Funeral services were held in the Humbert Funeral Home on Saturday, June 24, 
at 3:30 p.m., Rev. Taylor, Church of the Brethren minister at Swallow Falls, 
Md., officiating.  Burial was made in the Ursina cemetery under the direction of 
Charles B. Humbert.
