  RONALD E. HILLIARD
  
    Ronald E. Hilliard, 37, of Confluence, died Feb. 2, 1975, in the VA
  Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born July 15, 1937, in Confluence, he was a son of
  Scott F. and Pear (Thomas) Hilliard.
    Besides his parents, he is survived by the following brothers and
  sisters: Raymond E. and G. Martin Hilliard, both of Confluence; Clyde F.,
  M. Keith, James A., and Dennis W. Hilliard, all of Alexandria, Va.; Mrs.
  Denise Foy, Berlin RD; Mrs. Kay Ickes, and Mrs. Jean Hause, both of
  Somerset; Mrs. Fay Shaffer, Markleton RD; and Sharon, at home.
    He was in the Armed Services from Nov. 1956 to Feb. 1966 and served in
  Vietnam.
    Funeral service was held Wednesday afternoon in Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, with the Rev. Foote officiating.  Interment in Maple Summit
  Cemetery.
