  Edith P. Friedline-Hixson, 91, Ebensburg, formerly of Jennerstown, died
  Feb. 14, 1986, at Laurel Crest Manor.  Born Nov. 25, 1894 in Franklin
  County, she was a daughter of Levi and Lovina (Diefenderfer) Harding. 
  Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Benjamin Friedline; second
  husband, John Hixson; son, Charles Friedline; stepdaughter, Catherine
  Hixson; stepson, John Hixson; daughter-in-law, Alice (Berkebile) Friedline;
  granddaughter, Donna Gerfin; two sisters and three brothers.  Survived by
  three children, Elmer Friedline, married to the former Glea Snyder,
  Jennerstown; Nova, wife of Joel Cree, Ebensburg; Harold Friedline, Boswell
  RD 2; stepdaughter, Alice Reighard, Duncansville; daughter-in-law, Margaret
  (Thomas) Friedline, Jennerstown; eight grandchildren and 26
  great-grandchildren.  Member of Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ and
  Somerset County Firemen's Auxiliary.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Sunday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where
  service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Joseph Beer. 
  Interment, United Church of Christ Cemetery, Jennerstown.
