  Hobble
  
  Joseph W. Hobble, 58, Mt. Union, Pa., died March 30, 1977 in Lee Memorial
  Hospital, Johnstown.  He was born Oct. 19, 1918 in Mt. Union the son of the
  late John and Kathryn (Rhodes) Hobble.  Preceded in death by his wife, the
  former Helen Kerr in 1973, a daughter, Beverly, four sisters and five
  brothers.  Survived by these children: Joseph O., Three Springs, Pa.; Mrs.
  Duane (Sandra) Lamberson and Mrs. Richard (Helen) Harshbarger, both of
  Newton Hamilton, Pa; Gralen of Sunbury; also nine grandchildren.  He was a
  brother of Mrs. Charles (Maxine) Smith, Birmingham, Ohio; Mrs. Anna Geist
  and Mrs. James (Gladys) Long, both of Fannettsburg and John R.,
  Doylesburg.  Friends will be received in the Robert Heath Funeral Home, 61
  E. Shirley St., Mt. Union from 7-9 Friday evening and from 9 a.m. until 2
  p.m., the hour of service, Rev. Ralph E. Mills will officiate.  Interment,
  Mattwanna Cemetery, McVeytown.
