Born May 21, 1909 in Westmoreland County. Son of the late William and Etta Jane Lisbon Hoburn. Survived by his widow, Thelma Wadsworth, a daughter, Mrs. Francis (Phylliss) Quinlan, Cleveland, Ohio, two grandchildren. Preceded in death by a son Richard. Survived by these sisters: Mrs. Lewis (Gertrude) Moore of Williamsport, Md.; Mrs. William (Lilly) Kentigh of New Stanton; Mrs. James (Helen) Hons of Youngwood. Preceded in death by 5 brothers and 3 sisters. He was a member of the Somerset Church of the Brethren. A member of Somerset Lodge 358 F.&A.M., Harrisburg Consistory, Jaffa Temple. He was a former Jewel tea route man and a former owner of Hoburn Memorials. Friends are being received at the Richard E.
