Hochard, 48, of Rockwood RD 1, died Sept. 3, 1984, at his home. Born April 20, 1936, in Boynton, a son of the late Albert and Ida (Bowers) Hochard. Survived by his wife, Leatrice (Schrock) Hochard of Rockwood RD 1; two sons: Francis G. Hochard II of Rockwood RD 1; and Timothy R. Kerrigan IV of Rockwood; four brothers: Samuel of Boynton; Alvin, and Carl, both of Meyersdale; and Willard of Somerset; five sisters: Rita Hochard and Betty Linderman, both of Boynton; Sara Hay and Barbara Albright, both of Meyersdale; and Margaret Hutzell of Salisbury; and a granddaughter, Kristy Kerrigan of Rockwood. Member of Rockwood Fire Department, Rockwood Sportsmen's Association, Somerset County Coin Club, and Teamsters Local #250. Employed by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission in the Maintenance Department. Friends will be received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Gene Abel officiating. Interment, Rockwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
