All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/somerset/ ________________________________________________ FRANK HOENSHEL Stricken suddenly with a heart attack as he was sitting on a chair in his home, Frank Hoenshel of 521 Janeway Street, Kane, Pa., expired at 8:30 o'clock Monday evening, October 19, a few minutes after the attack. He was 71 years of age. Mr. Hoenshel was born at Barren Run, Westmoreland County, September 24, 1871. He lived in Boynton for 18 years, leaving there 31 years ago. He has been in ill health for several months, but was not confined to his bed. Mr. and Mrs. Hoenshel celebrated their fifieth wedding anniversary in June of this year. He is survived by his wife, the former Malinda Brown, and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Ida Walker of Austin, Pa.; Mrs. Emma Huff of Olean, N.Y.; Mrs. Effie ? of Kane, Charles Hoenshel of Kane, Mabel Hoenshel of Kane, and Mrs. Grace Sosmiskin of Johnsonburg, Pa. Interment was made in the McKean County Memorial Park. Meyersdale Republican, November 5, 1942
