   Dana L. (Lucas) Hoffman, 37, Ennis, Texas, formerly of Somerset and Jenner Township,
  died Nov. 6, 2006, due to an automobile accident. Born April 16, 1969, in Somerset,
  daughter of David D. and Linda L. (Charlton) Lucas. Preceded in death by grandparents,
  the Rev. S.E. Charlton and Rudy and Ruthelene Lucas; great-grandmother, Edith Mowry; and
  uncle Dean Lucas. Survived by parents, Jenner Township; children, Samantha A. and Daniel
  J. II, both at home; sister, Holly L., married to Jesse Walters, Quemahoning Township;
  brother, Brett D., and fiancˇe, Amber Brant, Jennerstown; grandmother, Betty Jane
  Charlton, Quemahoning Township; ex-husband Daniel J. Hoffman, Texas; nieces and nephews,
  Nathan S. and Erica L. Walters and Coltan J., Madison M. and Ryan B. Lucas; and very
  special friend, Angelo Catalano, Hidden Valley. Also survived by many aunts, uncles,
  cousins and friends. Dana was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. Graduate of
  North Star High School, class of 1987, and Cambria-Rowe Business College. Also a graduate
  with honors of Seton Hill College. Formerly employed by Gilmour Manufacturing and
  currently employed by CVS Pharmacy. Member of numerous charitable and volunteer
  organizations in the Ennis area. Friends received from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 11
  a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation
  Services, Main Street, Boswell. The Rev. Jacquelyn S. Ahern officiating. Interment,
  Beulah Cemetery, Lincoln Township. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made for
  Dana's children, in care of David Lucas, 572 North Fork Dam Road, Boswell, PA 15531.
