  MRS. ROBERT J. HOFFMAN
     
     Mrs. Elda E. (Cook) Hoffman, 85, of Hooversville, died Oct. 13, 1973 [sic], in
  Somerset Community Hospital.  She was born in Meyersdale, March 21, 1888,
  and was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.
     Surviving are her husband, Robert J. Hoffman, and a sister, Mrs. Hazel
  Lesley of Ohio.
     Mrs. Hoffman was a member of Hooversville United Methodist Church.
     Funeral service was held Wednesday afternoon in Thomas P. Read Funeral
  Home in Hooversville with Rev. J. R. Peterson officiating.  Interment in
  Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
