  HOFFMAN
  
    Hazel Virginia Hoffman, 92, of Salisbury, died Friday, May 26, 1995 at
  Meyersdale Medical Center, Meyersdale.  Born Feb. 28, 1903, at Red Hill,
  Md., daughter of the late Samuel and Virginia (Warnick) Broadwater.  She
  was preceded in death by husband, Ernest E. Hoffman, 2 sons, Austin Hoffman
  and Dale D. Hoffman and a daughter, Helen E. Ickes.  Survivors include 3
  grandchildren, Gary Hoffman and wife, Mary, Merritt Island, Fla.; Donna
  Cramer, Greenville, S.C. and Kathy Hughes and husband, John, Ellerslie,
  Md., 8 great-grandchildren, Wendy, Holly and Christy Hoffman; Jennifer and
  Jamie Cramer and Josh, Marcy and Jennessa Hughes.  Member of St. John's
  United Church of Christ, Salisbury.  Friends received Saturday 2-4 and 7-9
  at Newman Funeral Home, Inc., Salisbury, where services will be conducted
  at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. David E. Fetter, officiating.  Interment,
  Salisbury Cemetery.  Expressions of sympathy may be directed to St. John's
  United Church of Christ.
