Hoffman, 81, of Johnstown, formerly of Jennerstown, died Nov. 8, 1974, at Fulton High Connor Towers. Born in Jenner Crossroads on June 28, 1893, a son of George Parker and Clara (Keller) Hoffman. Preceded in death by parents, one sister and four brothers. Survived by his wife, Martha Unger, and these children: Louise, wife of Emmitt Simpson of Pittsburgh; William E. of Killeen, Tex.; Eugene C. of Lancaster; and Dr. John P. Jr. of Hot Springs, Ark.; eight grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. One sister and one brother: Mrs. Elsie H. Saylor of Somerset, and Charles L. of Davidsville. Veteran of World War I having served overseas with the 80th division. Formerly resided in Jennerstown and Miami, Fla. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Sunday in the Robert H.
