    Kathleen Hoffman, 49, Medina, Ohio, died April 23, 1994, at Phoenix,
  Az.  Born in Springfield, Ohio.  Medina resident for 1 1/2 years; 4 years
  in Orrville, Ohio, and prior 10 years in Somerset.  Member of Holy Martyrs
  Church.  She was homemaker and owner of Hoffman Tax Service in Somerset. 
  Survived by husband David C. Hoffman, Medina, Ohio; daughter, Elizabeth
  Hoffman, Toledo, Ohio; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Dan Buck,
  Somerset; daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Randy Christner, Ellwood City;
  son, Matthew Hoffman, Toledo, Ohio; daughter, Carrie Hoffman, Athens, Ohio;
  parents, Edward and Jeanne Karath, Albany, N.Y.; grandchildren: Bethany
  Buck, Edward Buck and Kathryn Christner.  Also survived by a sister and
  five brothers, all out of state.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  Wednesday at Waite and Son Memorial Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, Ohio. 
  Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Martyrs Church, 3100
  S. Weymouth Road, Medina, Ohio, Fr. Robert Pfeiffer.  Burial, Resurrection
  Cemetery, Valley City, Ohio.  Contributions may be made to the American
