She was born May 31, 1931 in Somerfield. Daughter of the late William and Mary Amanda (Lancaster) Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward N. Hoffman. Surviving are a son Kenneth Edward Hoffman of Addison, a sister Marjorie Fay Jones Miller and husband Donald Eugene Miller of Newport News, Va. Grandchildren, Edward Hoffman of Markleysburg, Kendall Hoffman of Cleveland, Ohio, Tabitha Wilson and husband Bryce of Virginia Beach, Va., B.J. Delancey and Jonathan Hoffman, nieces, Susan D. Miller of California and Brenda Miller of Nevada, and numerous cousins. Mrs. Hoffman was a member of the Dembeigh Church of God in Newport News, Va., and a retired secretary for the Cleveland, Ohio, Board of Education. Arrangements will be announced by the Rodney S. Turner Funeral Home, Markleysburg.
