EDITH MAE HOFFMEYER

  Edith Mae Hoffmeyer, wife of R. E. Hoffmeyer, 21 Mayfield Ave., Akron, Ohio, 
passed away at her home on Tuesday, December 22, after a short illness. She is 
survived by her husband and these three children: Mrs. June Roberts, Akron, O.; 
Robert E. Jr., with the U.S. Army Air Corps, Minter Field, Calif., and Samuel 
D., with the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Hayes, Columbus, Ohio.
  Funeral services were held Thursday at 3:30. Burial at Rose Hill, Saturday at 
10:30.  Dr. Haulman of Grace Reformed Church officiated at the services.  Among 
those who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hoffmeyer, Meyersdale; 
Howard C. Hoffmeyer, Lakewood, Ohio; W. H. Hoffmeyer, Morgantown, W.Va.; Mr. and 
Mrs. Edward Wessley and son John, Spangler, Pa.; Messers McCoy and Sutcliff, 
Cleveland, Ohio, and D. K. Dile, Marland, Ohio.
