  MARY BLANCHE HOFFMEYER
  
    Mary Blanche Hoffmeyer, 92, formerly of Meyersdale, passed away April 7,
  1984, in Akron, Ohio.
    Born in Elk Lick Township, August 7, 1891, she was the daughter of Eliza
  (Altmiller) and Philip R. Hoffmeyer.
    She was an ardent gardner and an accomplished seamstress.  Employed by a
  Polsky Co., of Akron, she was a representative of the Spencer Corporation
  of New Haven, Conn. for 35 years.
    She was a member of the Grace United Church of Christ.
    She is survived by a brother, Robert E. Hoffmeyer, of Akron, and many
  nephews and nieces.
    A memorial service was held at Billow Funeral Home with the Rev. Max
  Schultz officiating.  Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
