WINDBER MINER KILLED

  Steve Hojay was crushed to death in No. 38 mine of the Berwind-White company 
Wednesday when he was caught in the wreck of a mine motor in his charge which he 
ran into an open switch. Hojay was 29 years of age and married. The funeral took 
place from the Greek Catholic Church at Windber.
