Survived by wife of 37 years, Eleanor Turney; daughter, Mrs. Robert (Susan) Stahl of Hollsopple; one grandson, Matthew. Member of Somerset Fire Department, Somerset County Fireman's Association and Western Pa. Fireman's Association. U.S. Army Air Force World War II veteran. Retired employee of Exxon Corporation. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church; Lodge 1801 F.O.E. Somerset; Samuel S. Crouse, Post 181 American Legion, Somerset; Jenner Rod and Gun Club; Somerset Lodge 438 I.O.O.F.; Meyersdale Lodge 1951 B.P.O.E.; life member the Disabled American Veterans Post 127. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Friday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, the Rev. H.
