   James T. Holland, 68, Berlin, died Jan. 20, 2007, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born
  Feb. 7, 1938, in Berlin, a son of the late James and Mary (Siscoe) Holland. Survived by
  his wife of 34 years, the former Ruth Ann Engle; children, James T. (Cathy) Holland Jr.,
  Georgia; Terri Lynn Cooney, and Donald J. Holland and friend, Brandie Dolly, all of
  Berlin; step children, Jeff R. (Linda) Coddington, Berlin; Pamela L. (Bill) Baker,
  Berlin; and Michael P. (Cerra) Coddington, Washington; grandchildren, Angie, Ashley,
  Beth, Heather, Courtney, Nick, Kyle, Zac and Brittany. Brother of Barry (Carole) Holland,
  Berlin, and Sondra (Dean) Sosby. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Member of the Berlin
  Volunteer Fire Department for 43 years and the Berlin Area Ambulance Association for 25
  years. Member of the Berlin Brothersvalley Young Farmer's Association and the Elks Lodge
  1951, Meyersdale. He worked as a farm foreman for 38 years for Richard Croner and Son,
  and was a mechanic for Charles T. Ludy Jr. for 10 years. He was an avid hunter and
  fisherman and loved his cabin in the mountains. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m.
  Saturday at the Berlin Brethren Church. Eugene Oburn, pastor, the Rev. Dr. John Harmon and
  the Rev. Ralph Landis officiating. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made
  to the Berlin Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 13, Berlin, PA 15530.
