   John Robert "Doc" Holliday, 56, Confluence, died July 21, 2008, at his home. Born Feb.
  13, 1952, in Confluence, the son of Mary (Frazee) Holliday, Confluence and the late Lee
  Robert Holliday. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother, Chris
  Allen Holliday. He is survived by his mother; wife, Catharine (Kelly) Holliday; daughter,
  Vanessa Wilburn and husband, Bruce, Confluence; son, John R. Holliday II and wife,
  Vanessa, Confluence; stepson, Jonas Myers, Oldtown, Md.; grandchildren, Sheena, Kirsten,
  Josey, Mason, Devan, Lexi, Emma and Mackenzie; sisters, Brenda Tressler and husband,
  Junior, Confluence; Debra Humberson and husband, Jack, Somerset; and Tracey Hostetler and
  husband, Mike, Addison. A graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley Area High School class of 1971 and
  a member of UTU and Masonic Lodge 554 F&AM, Meyersdale. He was employed by CSX Railroad.
  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday
  at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where a service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday.
