Born Sept. 19, 1915, in Duquesne, the son of late George Sr. and Mary (Juhas) Holodak. Also preceded in death by wife, Etha June (Glover) Holodak, on July 10, 2007. Survived by sister-in-law, Odessa Glover, Addison; nephews, Ronald (Norma) Glover, Addison; Roger Glover, Somerset; Edwin (Sherri) Glover, Addison; and niece, Carol Curry (Lloyd), Uniontown; great-nieces and nephews, Tracy, Kim, Vincent, Stacey, Shelby, Joshua and Jessica; great-great-nephews, Casey, Stanley, Samuel, Steven, Scott and Brayden. He was a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army Air Force, serving in World War II. He was retired as a roller for U.S. Steel, Clairton Works, Clairton. Visitation from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday with a Trisagion service at 7:30 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, the time of service, at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 Second St., Elizabeth.
