  Catharine M. (Biesecker) Holsopple, 96, of Siemon Lakeview Manor
  Estate, formerly of Ferrellton, died Jan. 27, 1996, at the manor. 
  Born Feb. 25, 1899, in Jenner Township.  Daughter of Irvin E. and
  Elizabeth (Cover) Biesecker.  Preceded in death by parents; husband
  John S. on June 15, 1967; sisters, Florence Biesecker and Gertrude
  Gallienne, and brother, Ted.  Survived by two daughters: Carol, wife
  of Ralph Mumma, State College, and Donna, wife of Jerry Krause,
  Jennerstown, and these three grandchildren, Brian Krause, Pamela
  Maurer, and Karen Sandford.  Also three great-grandsons.  Sister of
  Geraldine, wife of Russell Patrick of Boswell RD 1.  Lifelong member
  of Hopewell United Methodist Church, where she served as pianist and
  Sunday School teacher for many years.  Also a member of Pennsylvania
  Association of School Retirees.  Public school teacher in the former
  J.B.J. Joint School District for over 40 years.  Former member of
  Laurel Mountain Senior Citizens.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Monday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street,
  Boswell.  Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Hopewell
  Church, Rev. Wilma G. Horner.  There will be no viewing at the
  church.  Interment, church cemetery.
