  HOLSOPPLE
  
  Dennis Rodger Holsopple, 44, of 604 22nd Street, Windber, died Nov.
  1987, at Windber Hospice.  Born July 25, 1943, in Petoria, Pa., son
  of Donald B. and L. Beryl (Shaffer) Holsopple.  Survived by parents,
  Hollsopple; widow, the former Kathleen Kohler; and son, Scott, both
  of Windber.  Brother of; Glenn D., married to the former Ruth Ladel,
  Golf [sic] Port, Miss.; Donna of Hollsopple; and D. Bruce, married to
  the former Jaye Hunter of Stoystown; also survived by nephews, Mark,
  Todd and Joel; and father-in-law, Joseph Kohler, Jennerstown.  Member
  of the First Lutheran Church, Windber; Johnstown Lodge 538, F&AM;
  Jaffa Shrine; York Rite; Connellsville Local 66, Operating Engineers;
  and Windber I.O.O.M.  Honorary member of Joppa Shrine.  He was the
  former president of the Manion Oil Company and the Manion Coal
  Company.  Family will receive friends 2-9 p.m. Friday, and from 11
  a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Meek Funeral
  Home, Inc., Windber, with the Rev. Dennis Doebler officiating. 
  Interment, Custer Cemetery.  Masonic service 7 p.m. Friday.  In lieu
  of flowers, family suggests donations to Windber Hospice.
