  HOLSOPPLE
  
  Elvo E. Holsopple, 76, of Hooversville RD 1, died Aug. 14, 1988, at
  the Scalp Level Church of the Brethren Home.  Born April 7, 1912, in
  Windber, daughter of Ross and Ida (Rouser) Rogers.  Preceded in death
  by parents, husband, Glase, son Gerald, sisters Rossena and Cleo. 
  Survived by these children: Mrs. Robert (Margretta) Day of Somerset;
  Donald, at home; and Richard, married to the former Linda Deist of
  Hooversville RD 1; five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. 
  Sister of: Mrs. Raymond (Georgia) Richie of Elton; Mrs. Fred (Laura)
  Litzinger of Pitcairn; Elzie Rogers of Windber.  She was a retired
  nurses aid from Windber Hospital and the Church of the Brethren
  Home.  Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral
  Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Wed., the Rev.
  Gerald Deffenbaugh officiating.  Interment, P.O.S.A. Cemetery,
  Hooversville, at the convenience of the family.
