  HOLSOPPLE
  
  Glase L. Holsopple, 86, Hooversville RD 1, died Aug. 1, 1988 at his
  home.  Born Nov. 15, 1901 in Quemahoning Township, son of David and
  Mary (Merley) Holsopple.  Preceded in death by parents and son
  Gerald.  He was the last surviving member of his family.  Survived by
  wife of 58 years, the former Elvo Rogers; and these children; Mrs.
  Robert (Margretta) Day, Somerset; Donald, at home; and Richard,
  married to Linda Deist, Hooversville RD 1; also 5 grandchildren and 4
  great-grandchildren.  Retired coal miner and farmer.  Family will
  receive friends 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown,
  where service will be held at 9 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Harry W.
  Bassett officiating.  Interment, P.O.S. of A. Cemetery, Hooversville,
  at convenience of the family.
