Son of William A. and Agnes (Wynkoop) Holt. Born Aug. 1, 1905, in Rayne Township, Indiana County. Member of Calvery United Methodist Church, Somerset; and lived in Somerset since 1938, where he was a mechanic for Runner Oldsmobile. Survived by one brother, Francis P. of Indiana. Preceded in death by his wife, Eva Marie (Baker) Holt, in 1975; two brothers: Robert E. and Harry A.; and two sisters: Mrs. Blair (Mayme) Hess and Mrs. W. (Marthabel) Schurr. Friends were received from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Robinson-Lytle's Indiana, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday (today), with the Rev. Harry C. Sherry officiating.
