    HOLT
      
    Ella Mae Holt, 65 of Canonsburg, formerly of Somerset and McMurray,
  died April 10, 2002 in Canonsburg General Hospital.  Born Jan. 18,
  1937 in Canonsburg, she was the daughter of Joseph and Laura Assenant
  Briar.  Her husband, William J. Holt, died Oct. 9, 1990.  Surviving
  are one step-son, Dr. W. J. Holt, III of Alfred, Maine; one
  step-daughter, Constance Irene Dorsey of Warwick, New York; one
  brother, Joseph F. Briar of Pittsburgh; five grandchildren, Jeff and
  Jason Dorsey; Asa, Genevieve and Lydia Holt; 2
  great-great-grandchildren; three nieces and two nephews.  She worked
  as a homemaker and a member of Center Presbyterian Church of
  McMurray.  She spent several years in Somerset in the 1980s.  At the
  request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or
  viewing.  Family and friends are invited to services at 11 a.m.
  Saturday at Center Presbyterian Church, 255 Center Church Road,
  McMurray, with Rev. Jeff Hopson, Rev. Joseph Rodgers, former pastor
  officiating.  Interment will follow in Center Presbyterian
  Cemetery.  Arrangements handled by Sollon Funeral Home, Ltd., 30 East
  College Street, Cannonsburg, Pa., J. David Sollon, director.
