    HOLT
      
    John B. Holt, 75, of Somerset RD 7, died Dec. 17, 1977, in Memorial
  Hospital, Johnstown.  He was born January 5, 1902, in Allegheny County
  Maryland, a son of Thomas H. and Ella B. (Cochran) Holt.  He was
  preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.  He is survived
  by one son and one daughter:  Burton L. of Somerset RD 7 and
  Jacqueline Newcom of Cody, Wy.; four grandchildren; and these
  brothers and sisters:  Thomas W. of Ft. Lawn, S.C.; Roy A. and Miss
  Ethel Holt, both of Somerset; Arthur of Friedens RD 2; Mrs. Violet
  Musgrove of Greensburg RD 2; and Mrs. Olive Darrah of Meyersdale.  He
  was a member of Somerset FOE 1801.  Friends will be received in the
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Tuesday where services
  will be conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Arnold Kastner
  officiating.  Interment, Ursina Cemetery.
