    Joyce E. (Spencer) Holt, 75, Chantilly, Va., died March 22, 2006, at Capital Hospice
  Care Center in Arlington, Va. Born Sept. 1, 1930, daughter of the late Warren and Minnie
  Spencer. She is preceded in death by sisters, Martha (Janey) Humbert and Doris Phillips.
  She is survived by her daughters, Penny (Schmidt) Adams, Chantilly, Va.; Vicki (Schmidt)
  Radoye, Sterling, Va.; her sons, John Schmidt, Chantilly, Va.; and Carl Holt, Sterling,
  Va.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Also survived by one brother,
  William Spencer, Somerset and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held
  at Adams-Green Funeral Home, Herndon, Va. Saturday. The family requests donations be made
  to Capital Hospice, 703-531-6225.
