    Mary L. "Meda" (Levinicz) Holt, 81, Oak Hill Drive, Stonycreek Township, died Jan. 15,
  2006, at Somerset Hospital. Born June 19, 1924 in Wehrum, Cambria County, daughter of
  George and Christina (Risko) Levinicz. Preceded in death by parents, husband of 56 years,
  Arthur E. "Duke," Dec. 16, 2004; granddaughter, Angel Holt; sister, Anna Mae Kozuch; and
  brothers, Mike and George. Survived by son Larry A., married to Becky Lehman;
  grandchildren; Christopher and Jami Holt, all of Stonycreek Township; sisters-in- law,
  Mary Grace Levinicz, Olive Darrah and Virge Holt; and brother-in-law, Roy Holt, and wife
  Bobbie. Member of the Mostoller United Methodist Church, Kimmelton. A 15 year volunteer
  at the Somerset Food Pantry. Army veteran of World War II and a retired waitress.
  Resident of Shaffer's Countryside Assisted Living, Friedens, for the past year. Viewing
  from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Main Street,
  Boswell, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. James W. Hamilton
  officiating. Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
