    SUSAN G. HOLT
      
      Susan G. (Stevanus) Holt, 91, of Cumberland, Md., died Tuesday, Aug.
  20, 1996, in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland.
        Born Dec. 25, 1904, in Springs, she was the daughter of the late
  Gabriel and Rebecca (Keefer) Stevanus.
        She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest H. Holt; sisters,
  Naomi, Mary and Jennie; and brothers, Elmer, Ira and Ralph.
        She is survived by two daughters:  Joann Crislip of LaVale, Md., and
  Wanda Floto of Charlotte, N.C.; four grandchildren; five
  great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
        Mrs. Holt attended Eastern Mennonite School in Harrisonburg, Va., and
  was employed at the Celanese plant in Cumberland, Md.  She was a member of
  the Barrellville Presbyterian Church.
        Friends were received at the Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary,
  National Highway, LaVale, on Aug. 22.  Services were held Aug. 23 in the
  Funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Kenneth Stevanus, nephew; and Rev. Karin
  Nurnberger officiating.  Interment followed in the Salisbury Cemetery.
        Pall bearers were Richard Holt, David Fishel, Raymond Lepley and Earl
  Lepley.
