  Verna May Honsaker, 81, Meyersdale died March 24 at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born
  July 20, 1923 in Connellsville a daughter of the late Albert and Nellie (Glover)
  Romesburg. Survived by her husband, Charles Maxwell Honsaker, two children;
  Deborah Honsaker, New York City, and David Honsaker, Meyersdale, and a number
  of grandchildren. A member of the Meyersdale Grace Brethren Church. RN
  Supervisor at Meyersdale Manor and an RN Supervisor in the Med./Surg. Unit of
  Sacred Heart Hospital. Employed as a School Nurse Supervisor for Uniontown
  District Schools. Worked in private and surgery wards in Uniontown Hospital.
  Elected School Director at Greenville Township 1963-1969. Active member of Beta
  Sigma Phi Sorority, Uniontown. Received additional credits for a BS Degree at
  Frostburg State University, Penn State, Waynesburg Center, and Duquesne
  University. A licensed beautician and a member of the Nurses Association.
  Friends will be received Saturday and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the M.
  Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, where the service will he held Monday at 2 p.m. The
  Rev. Randy Haulk officiating. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery.

    Verna May Honsaker, 81, of Meyersdale, died Thursday, March 24, 2005, at
  Sacred Heart Hospital. 
    Born July 20, 1923, in Connellsville, she was a daughter of the late Albert
  and Nellie (Glover) Romesburg.
    She is survived by her husband, Charles Maxwell Honsaker; two children:
  Deborah Honsaker of New York City and David Honsaker of Meyersdale; and a
  number of grandchildren.
     She was a member of the Meyersdale Grace Brethren Church; RN Supervisor at
  Meyersdale Manor and Med./Surg. Unit of Sacred Heart Hospital; employed as a
