     Lawrence T. Hoopes Jr., 66, West Chester, passed away on Aug. 23, 2007, at home. He was
  the husband of Philomena (Mascherino) Hoopes, sharing 44 years of marriage together;
  beloved father of four sons; and grandfather of nine. He was involved with his
  brother-in-law, Alphonse Mascherino. Visitation from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 8:30 to 9:30
  a.m. Tuesday at James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown, (610)
  269- 6567. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Church, Downingtown.
