  HOOVER
  
  Frank B. Hoover, 78, of 305 Barn St., Hooversville, died March 29, 1989 at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born Sept. 14, 1910 in Hooversville, son of Harry P.
  and Nellie (Spangler) Hoover.  Preceded in death by parents and twin
  brother, George.  Survived by sister Evelyn Hertfelder, of Hemet, Calif.;
  nieces Jo Ann Cassidy of Stoystown, and Suzanne Hertfelder of Los Angeles,
  Calif.; nephew Eric Hertfelder, Tacoma Park, Md.  Retired coal miner. 
  Family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Hooversville, where service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday,
  the Rev. Gerald Myers officiating.  Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
