  HOOVER
  
  Mrs. Hilda D. Hoover, 61, of Meyersdale, died Dec. 29, 1977 in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  She was born Feb. 18, 1916 in Mance, a daughter of the
  late Peter and Anna (Felkner) Diest.  She was preceded in death by her
  husband, Merle E.W. Hoover, Dec. 17, 1977.  She is survived by these
  children: Mrs. Emily McKenzie of Gray; Miss Doris Hoover, Mrs. Linda
  Bornyak, John Hoover and Mrs. Marie Patton, all of Meyersdale; and nine
  grandchildren.  Friends are being received at the Leckemby Funeral Home in
  Meyersdale where services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Jerry
  Weneck officiating.  Interment, Fritz Cemetery, Meyersdale.
