  HOOVER
  
    Isabella Hoover, 90, of Hutchinson, died June 13, 1998, at home.  Born
  May 26, 1908, in East Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Alexander and
  Frances Reid.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her
  first husband, Edward Custer, and her second husband of 49 years, Frank E.
  Hoover in January 1998; also a son, Edward "Bud" Custer and a
  step-grandson, Robert Dean Hoover in 1973.  Survived by her stepson, Robert
  F. Hoover and his wife, Audrey, Hutchinson; daughter, Laverne Wright of
  North Carolina; daughter-in-law, Charlotte Custer, Lincoln, Neb.; 8
  grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 4
  step-great-grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews.  Prior to her
  retirement, she was a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Somerset Hospital. 
  She was a member of the First Baptist Church, West Newton.  Friends were
  received at the Joseph W. Nickels Funeral Home, Herminie, on Monday, where
  a service was held at 8 p.m. with the Rev. William R. Hoffman
  officiating.  Additional visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, the
  time of service today, Tuesday, at the United Methodist Church, Garrett. 
  Interment, Rockwood Cemetery.
