  Mrs. Nellie M. Hoover, 91, of Hooversville, died June 12, 1977, Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born June 14, 1885, at Stoystown daughter of Frank and
  Julia (Smith) Spangler.  Preceded in death by parents, husband, Harry P. in
  1950, four brothers and two sisters.  Survived by these children: Frank, at
  home; George, married to the former Edna Shaver, Hooversville; Mrs. Carl
  (Evelyn) Hertfelder, Cleveland, Ohio; three grandchildren and six
  great-grandchildren.  Sister of Milton E., Stoystown; Donald, Altoona and
  Mrs. Ann Myer, Cleveland.  Member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ,
  Stoystown.  Oldest resident of Hooversville.  Family will receive friends
  from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown,
  where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Gerald
  L. Myers officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
