  MRS. HERBERT HOOVER
  
    Sarah V. Hoover, 58, of Salisbury, died Oct. 2, 1972, in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.
    Born Aug. 7, 1914, in Salisbury, she was a daughter of Charles and Alice
  (Butler) Yommer.
    Surviving are her husband, Herbert Hoover, Salisbury; three sisters, 
  Mrs. Esther Durst, Grantsville: Mrs. Beulah Patton, Windsor Heights, W.
  Va.; and Mrs. Bessie Kinsinger, Canton, Ohio; a brother, Harrison C.
  Yommer, Salisbury; and three stepchildren, Charles and Miss Pauline Hoover,
  Cincinnati, Ohio; and Mrs. Shirley Newman, Somerset.
    She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Salisbury.
    Funeral service will be held at three o'clock this (Thursday) afternoon
  in Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, with Rev. Ernest N. Rumbaugh
  officiating.  Interment in Salisbury Cemetery.
