  TELFORD M. HOOVER
  
    Telford M. Hoover, 81, died Monday, Jan. 12, 1987, in Somerset Community
  Hospital.
    Born in Hosterman, W. Va., he was a son of the late Franklin C. and Dora
  May (Spracht) Hoover.
    He was a retired woodsman and employee of Summit Lumber Company, and was
  a member of the Church of the Brethren.  He formerly resided in Listonburg,
  Pa.
    Surviving are his widow, Jessie M. (Uphold) Hoover; three sons, Glenn L.
  Hoover, Confluence; Arnold E. Hoover, Meyersdale, and Stanley R. Hoover,
  Berlin; one brother, Leroy Hoover, Fairchance; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle
  Deneen, Hopwood, and Mrs. Betty Howell; Point Marion; 13 grandchildren and
  a number of great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received in the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md. where
  services were conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Sherman Berkey. 
  Interment, Blooming Rose Cemetery, Friendsville, Md.
