  HOPPERT
  
    Lorene Hoppert, 80, of Glen Savage Road, Fairhope, died Jan. 18, 1999, at
  Meadow View Nursing Center.  Born March 23, 1918, in Allegheny Twp. 
  Daughter of Blair W. and Emma (Tipton) Powell.  Preceded in death by
  parents and a son, Robert Lee.  Survived by her husband of 58 years, Lee
  Hoppert, and these children: Charlene, married to Ken Norris, and Donna
  Hoppert, both of Fairhope, and Lynn married to former Lori Dickey, of
  Berlin; and grandsons Corey Norris, Landon and Lance Hoppert.  Graduate of
  Berlin High School and Frostburg State Teacher's College.  Taught in the
  Blue, Felton and Suhrie one-room schools.  Member of Heritage Baptist
  Church, Friedens, and Pine Valley Homemakers.  Charter member of Berlin
  Historical Society and former member of Berlin Community Chorus.  Family
  will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Thursday, at Deaner Funeral
  Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday.  Rev. Russell
  B. Kessler officiating.  Interment, Mt. Zion Cemetery.  Memorial
  contributions may be given to Heritage Baptist Church 651 Blackburn Road,
  Friedens, PA. 15541.
