  MRS. SAMUEL M. HORCHLER
  
    Mrs. Mary H. Horchler, 96, of Salisbury RD 1, died Sept. 27, 1972, in
  Meyersdale.  She was born Sept. 17, 1876, in Greenville Township, the
  daughter of William and Mary (Haberlein) Baum.  She was preceded in death
  by her husband, Samuel M. Horchler.
    Surviving are two sons, Freeman, Salisbury RD 1, and Clark of
  Millersburg; five daughters, Mrs. G. Wyatt Brenneman, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs.
  Walter Keifer, Harrisburg; Mrs. Carlton Livengood, Bedford; Mrs. Earl Beever
  of York and Mrs. Samuel Haning of Woodstock, Va.; also 20 grandchildren and
  19 great-grandchildren.
    She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Salisbury.
    Funeral service was held Saturday afternoon in the Thomas Funeral Home,
  Salisbury, with Rev. Ernest N. Rumbaugh officiating.  Interment in
  Salisbury Cemetery.
