  HORNER
  
    Clifford E. Horner, of Watkins Glenn, New York, died July 27, 1976 in New
  York.  Family will receive friends Wednesday 7-9 p.m. at Kuler Funeral Home,
  State College. 
    Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. The body will be flown to St. Cloud,
  Fla., for burial. 
    He was married to Viola Shaulis, daughter of William F. and Matilda
  (Hemminger) Shaulis.  He is also survived by three daughters: Nancy, married
  to Dr. Albert Breland; Carol, married to Gary Campshire; and Barbara,
  married to James Saulisbury.
