  DONALD R. HORNER
  
  Donald R. Horner, 69, Berlin, formerly of Jenner Township, Somerset County
  and Bedford County, died July 20, 2004, at Meadow View Nursing Center.  Born
  May 24, 1935, in Jenner Township, son of Harry L. and Elvera (Berkey)
  Horner.  Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Carl and Robert; and
  sister-in-law, Wanda A. (Kauffman) Horner.  Survived by these sisters and
  brothers: Betty J., married to Glenn Smith, Menoher Heights; Duane,
  Windber; Doris, married to Edmund Horner, Somerset, Jack C., married to
  Joyce (Hershberger) Davidhizar, Conemaugh Township, James, Markleton and
  Thomas, married to Celine Hoffman, Thomas Mills.  Also survived by numerous
  other relatives and longtime care giver, Donna Uhlig, New Enterprise.
  Worked at the Bedford Sheltered Workshop for many years.  Friends received
  from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Route 403 and Church
  Road, Davidsville, where a service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday.  The Rev.
  Donald A. Rudge officiating.  Interment Thomas Mennonite Cemetery.
