Born Dec. 3, 1913, in Somerset Township, daughter of the late Herbert and Mary (Crise) Flick. Preceded in death by her husband, Clyde M. Horner, Jan. 27, 1993; also two infant brothers; two sisters: Thelma and Catherine, and brother, Charles. Survived by one son, Ronald George Horner, married to the former Monica Marie Neri, Somerset; three sisters: Ethel Mae Brant, Somerset; Mrs. Hubert (Marjorie) Ling, Hooversville, and Mrs. Melvin (Genevieve) Cree, Cleveland, Tenn. Member of First United Methodist Church, Somerset, where she served as a former financial secretary, Sunday school teacher and Bible school teacher. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the First United Methodist Church, Rev. Dr. Arthur J. Gotjen officiating. Interment, Beams Cemetery.
