  SAVILLA E. HORNER
  
    Savilla E. Horner, 96, Hollsopple RD 1, died Oct. 9, 1983, at home
  of daughter, Ellen Wolford.
    She was born May 6, 1887, in Jenner Township, daughter of Lawrence
  and Marilla (Eppley) Croyle.
    She was preceded in death by parents; husband, William C., who died
  Oct. 30, 1946; sons, Harry and Ira; daughter, Dorothy Eppley; and
  infant twin daughters.
    She is survived by these children: Louise, widow of Victor Sturtz,
  Wellersburg; David, Jennerstown; Elmer, married to former Jane
  Johnson, Hollsopple RD 2; Ellen, wife of Alton Wolford, Hollsopple RD
  1; Robert, married to former Nancy Blough, Boswell RD 1; 34
  grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and eight
  great-great-grandchildren.  Member of Centennial United Methodist
  Church, Johnstown RD 4, for 85 years.
    Friends were received at Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St.,
  Boswell.  Services were held at the Centennial Church with the Rev.
  Walter C. Krause.  Interment, Thomas Mennonite Cemetery.
