Born July 5, 1926 in Johnstown, son of Theodore Edward Sr. and Margaret (Page) Horner. Preceded in death by parents, daughter-in-law, Hazel M. (Uphouse) Rininger, grandaughter, Angela S. Weigle, and nephew Mearl Horner Jr. Survived by his wife, Ruth "Sis" (Shaffer) Rininger-Horner; son, Ray Rininger and wife, Edna, Akron, Ohio; daughter, Janet (Rininger), married to Clyde Davis, Somerset; grandchildren; Robert, Randy and William Rininger, Pam (Davis) Colflesh, Donna (Davis) Swaner, and Gail (Davis) Robertson; great-grandchildren: Heather Weigle, Matt, Jarod and Danny Colflesh, Brandon and Courtney Lohr, Joshua Boozer, Colin Robertson, Deena, Robert Brittany and Hunter Rininger. Brother of Robert Horner and wife, Wilma, and Neal Horner and wife, Pat, of Johnstown; Faith, married to Raymond Housel, Vermillion, Ohio, and Mearl Horner, and wife Carol, Davidsville. Also survived by nieces and nephews: Debbie (Horner) Gehlman, Robert, Greg, Tracy, Dawn and Douglas Horner, Sheri (Horner) Zambanini, Tammy Richter, Randy, Lori, Michael and Lynette Housel. Retired from Bethlehem Steel, Johnstown. World War II Navy Veteran. Member of Mostoller United Methodist Church, where he served as treasurer for 35 years. Volunteer at Somerset Food Pantry. Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Viewing from 1 p.m. until service at 2 p.m., Tuesday at Mostoller United Methodist Church, Rev.
