Hornig, 59, Akron, Ohio, formerly of Friedens, died April 2, 1976, City General Hospital, Akron. Born June 15, 1916, in Somerset, son of Ada Kimmel Hornig Glessner of Somerset, and the late James Hornig. Survived by his widow, the former Jenny Huston, a foster daughter, Mrs. John (Karen) Delancey, Rockwood. He was a brother of Mrs. Wilbur (Dorothy) Pyle, Somerset RD 2; Mrs. Myrtle Blough, Erie; a half-brother of Mrs. Ray (Alda) Holt, West Ridgefield, Ohio; Mrs. James (Margaret) Page, Friedens; Mrs. Daniel (Doris) Sarver, Somerset RD 6; Mrs. Eugene (Geraldine) Neihenke, Somerset RD 2; and Charles Glessner, Friedens RD 2. Friends are being received in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services will be conducted Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Richard Shellenberger officiating.
