    Elizabeth G. (Michlo) Horwat, 81, of Kaltenbaugh Road, Stoystown RD,
  formerly of Jerome, died Jan. 3, 1998, at home.  Born April 12, 1916, in
  Windber, daughter of Michael and Mary (Fazekas) Michlo.  Preceded in death
  by parents; husband, Stephen M., July 3, 1986; granddaughter, Dana
  Kaltenbaugh, May 12, 1989; sisters, Ann Dill, Helen Angelo, and Sue Reigel
  and brother, John.  Survived by these children Paul, married to Regina
  Kowal, Jerome; Joan Kaltenbaugh, with whom she resided; Annamarie, wife of
  Larry Millinder, Portage; Susan, wife of Richard Restagno, West Mifflin;
  and Stephen R., married to Alyce Kolby, Springfield, Va.; 12 grandchildren
  and 10 great-grandchildren.  Sister of Mary Boblick, Windber; Martha Boyko,
  Port Vue, Pa.; and Michael Valparaiso, Fla.  Member of St. Ann Catholic
  Church, Davidsville, and the Auxiliary to Jerome Post 802, American
  Legion.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Hoffman Funeral
  Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where wake service will be held Monday
  afternoon.  Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., Tuesday, at St. Anne's
  Church.  The Rev. Father Michael Lewandowski O.F.M. Conv. celebrant. 
  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Jerome.  Memorials to St. Anne's Church
  building fund would be appreciated.  Legion Auxiliary service at 3 p.m.,
  Monday at the funeral home.
