Hostetler, 86, of Windber, formerly of Oakland, Md., died Wednesday, June 14, 1989, in Johnstown Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 10, 1902, in Summit Mills, he was the son of the late H. C. and Cora (Beeghley) Hostetler. He was also preceded in death by one son. A retired supervisor for Bethlehem Steel Company, he was a member of Second Brethren Church, Johnstown. Surviving are his widow, Gladys (Kelley) Hostetler; two daughters, Mrs. Lois Roth, Elton; and Mrs. Carole Beckley, Elizabethtown; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Mosser, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Ada Landon, Mountain Lake Park, Md.; Mrs. June Locke, Palmyra, Va.; Mrs. Nellie Markley, Johnstown; and Mrs. Norrene Graham, Akron, Ohio; one brother, Harry Hostetler, Johnstown; and seven grandchildren. Friends were received at the Henderson Funeral Home, Johnstown, where services were conducted Monday at 11 a.m. Interment, Richland Cemetery, Johnstown. The Republic, June 22, 1989 [H1646]
