Hostetler, 71, of Moonlite Park Road, Hollsopple, died Dec. 7, 1998, at Conemaugh Medical Center. Born Nov. 23, 1927, in Richland Township. Son of Melvin and Hulda (Mills) Hostetler. Preceded in death by parents; brothers Paul and Earl. Beloved husband, father and grandfather is survived by wife, the former Thelma Stevens; and these children: Jane L., at home; Danny G., married to the former Lisa Hardy, Somerset; Lori Sue, wife of Jeff Patrick, Hollsopple. Grandchildren: Sarah Marie and Stephen Glen Hostetler, Brittany Ann and Bethany Jane Patrick. He was a brother of Nola, wife of Marlin Mishler, Maple Spring Road, Hollsopple. He attended the Emanuel Baptist Church in Richland. Married 47 years. Retired from Bethlehem Steel Corp. payroll department. He was also a school bus driver in Conemaugh Township Area School District for many years. An Army Veteran of World War II. Family receiving friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Emanuel Baptist Church, Richland, Rev. Ray Streets Sr. officiating. Interment, Maple Spring Cemetery.
